Be sure to join us Thursday, October 10th, at 6 pm to hear from Dr. Ira Helfand, past PSR [Physicians for Social Responsibility] president and recipient of the 2017 Nobel Peace Prize on behalf of ICAN and the International Physicians for the Prevention of Nuclear War (IPPNW). 
Dr. Helfand is a world-renowned expert on communicating the issue of nuclear weapons to the public- so come ready to learn and take away a few skills! 
Afterwards, we will have our regularly scheduled Washington Against Nuclear Weapons meeting. This meeting is open to all.
